H.P.
Hey guys, how would I go about if I wanted to split up a quote, so I can answer to different parts of it independently? For example. Imagine if a user called Friendly User says this: Dany has five dragons. My favourite is the blue one. And I want to reply something like this: Dany has five dragons. [/qoute] Actually no, she has only three.
Stubby
I do it like this: First, quote the post you intend to reply to.Second, highlight and copy the entire quoted postThird, delete the sections of the post that you don't want to refer to at that timeFourth, add your commentFifth, paste in the entire quote again, then rinse and repeat as necessary. :)
