After all the speculation of the possibly "controversial" content, I am super curious. But GRRM has had it since 2010, at least, when he pulled it from ADWD, so it's unlikely he'll release it now. :( If I had to guess, it'd be the Damphair chapter. He was willing to release it back then, after all. Or one chapter showing the beginning of the Battle of Winterfell, it wouldn't be too spoilery This seems the most likely to me to.
