Though I believe only one poster was against the idea, the rest were discussing if he would be the only one to stab Jon (?) or him leading the mutiny, both ideas being unrealistic. More likely, Thorne and co. convince Olly that Jon is too familiar with the wildlings and not the right man to lead the NW. Yeah. In order for the scene to have the most impact, it would make sense for it to be members of the Night's Watch Jon trusted - and there aren't many of those left other than Sam since they never introduced many of the NW characters and killed off Pyp and Grenn. :( Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
