[Book spoilers] Jorah's grayscale = pale mare?

Not sure how big the spread of grayscale will be in the larger significance of the story. Will it be a minor plot point or will it be an epidemic?

I'm still hoping it gets cured as I like Jorah, but after making it into Season 5 I guess it's time I lost some of my characters (Though Selmy is still very much alive in the books).

Yunkai is at peace with Mereen, there is no siege nor slaver coalition. Mereen's problems are only internal.

It could be nothing but early in the episode Maester Aemon reads a message saying something like "she(Dany) is under seige from within and without"

Perhaps the rest of Slavers bay are beginning to move on Meereen?

I think, indeed, the greyscale may play some "pale mare" role in Meereen, but maybe not as much virulent and quick the pale mare was.

It will be mentioned maybe by episode 7 or 8 that some parts of Meereen suffer greyscale epidemies and it will add to the chaos and fear in the streets, but that will be it, I guess.
