Well wait a minute there, there's a difference between having an emotional reaction to fiction on the one hand and being disturbed by it to the point of being unable to sleep at night on the other. I think to be able to legally do the scene to the extent to which she did, there may be age limit they had to meet. Also, I wonder if they did footage that showed them in some "position" but edited it out for viewership consideration? Technically speaking ofcourse. There's nothing graphic in the scene.
