Howdy! New here, hailing from Colorado. Got into the series after engulfing the HBO show. So far, I'm on my second run through the novels, on Storm of Swords now. I have a feeling I'll probably re read the series at least one more time before the year is out. I just can't stop.

Hello! I finished A Dance with Dragons a couple of days ago and am finally allowing myself the opportunity to go to websites like this. I was pretty stubborn about avoiding them before because I didn't want any spoilers. I started reading the books after watching the amazing HBO series and am officially obsessed. How do you do, My name is Pat and I read all the books in the summer. Amazing. I've never read anything like them, the amount of times I thought something was about to happen there would be yet another twist and then you just can't help read on and on. Can't believe it's like 3 or more years until TWOW :P Don't quite know what to do with myself...

I first found out about Asoiaf because of the tv show, got into the books about three episodes in and I think its the best book series I've ever read.

I've been lurking here watching the crackpot theories for a week or two and at last decided to join.

Hello everyone! I decided no to lurk and actually introduce myself. I'm Rebekah. I live in Arizona, so winter has never come for me! I love to read and write. I'm usually online when I'm not doing either of those. My favorite characters from ASOIAF are Arya (obviously), Sam, Jon and Tyrion. I have a lot of Tyrion in me, which you'll notice the more I talk to you. Ummm... I'm 21, single, LOVE my Corgi, addicted to Starbucks and otherwise have no life whatsoever.
