This is why I created the Watchlist column so fans could filter out characters that aren't too important. You: However, I'm only one man in a much wider fandom so I need your help. The survey is to find out who fans believe will be important as the next book opens and also for the rest of the series. I'm hoping to create a tier system for character significance as a result and update the tracker accordingly. Question: How is this different from other surveys of this nature? Hardstone Posted August 25, 2015 Author Share Posted August 25, 2015 I haven't had a chance to check the data yet but I'm pretty sure a lot of show watchers have been filling it out so the FUNKs are through the roof on cut characters. But I guess you can't have entries like "whoever becomes the new Sealord", "whichever previously-insignificant Lannister becomes important", "some guy from the Citadel we've never even heard of", "whoever is sent to be the new Grand Maester in KL", "Tycho's boss, assuming he has one", "the leader of the Others", etc., can you... falcotron Posted August 26, 2015 Share Posted August 26, 2015 I want to meet the 3 people who know who Meera and Jojen are, but have never heard of Hodor.Also, I'm only about a third of the way down (just past the Iron Islands) but... did someone mark every single character but Dywen, Mully and Godry the Giantslayer as integral?Finally, skipping down to Dany: the one person who listed her as "Regular" is a much better troll than the one who listed her as "WHO DA FUNK".
