Stubby
Is that some kind of Mod Warning? No, it's a statement of fact. I'll try again. Here are the points I used to summarise your position. Davis has strong personal beliefs The US Supreme Court made a decision that says she cannot act (by omission) on the grounds of those personal beliefs She ignored the Court's ruling Her act (by omission) has had a legal consequence - both for her and the people she is denying a marriage licence You say that she should be entitled to act (by omission) on the basis of her strong personal beliefs You said the "entire thing" was wrong. Please tell me which points are wrong and why.
ChillyPolly
Stubby, you're entire argument is that since I object to throwing Kim Davis in jail, I must be opposed to Miranda rights. I have already clarified that I support Miranda rights. What more needs to be said.
