1) A good one. If I had to guess on this now, then I'd say he would use a turtle. He loves turtles and grew up with some as pets.

I know these are maybe not the most exciting questions, but I doubt GRRM will answer anything too important. Both of these questions have resulted in very heavily debated treads, so it would be great to get them answered.

I think that Martin thinks that, on balance, Melisandre is one of the good guys.
