Thanks!  This scene doesn't look good to me.  Either Ghost is already dead, or Davos intends to make him so.  Sorry I am worried about the direwolf!  Ghost is one of my favs!

It's a still from when Davos is drawing the sword.  He's getting ready to fight.  He's not pointing it at Ghost.

I doubt that Davos is going to kill Ghost, why would he?? he doesn't believe in Mel's magic, especially after what he's just been through, he will know about Shireen and Stannis's failure by now, he's probably rounding up the boys loyal to Jon with Sir Alliser outside trying to break into the room.

•Maybe davos is going to fight off those nights watchemen to get jons body to take to Mel...although I can't see davos fighting off 5 other guys and winning.

•maybe those are Jon supporters and their guarding jons body from being burnt???(can't tell if that's edd) but notice when davos draws longclaw the others go for their swords also.

•Ghost will die because it's easier on the budget and only death can pay for life. :( RIP ghost.

oh - but why Ghost?

Thanks for posting the stills.  I think it really helps to figure out at least who is who, etc.  That was a nice gesture on your part.

Yeah it looked as if he was about to take on the men that killed Jon.  Why would he mention how he wasn't much of a fighter before killing a direwolf?  That's the type of line you'd say as you were about to get into a sword fight with other men.

I'm struck by the scene right after we see Littlefinger standing by some snow covered trees and before we see the Bolton archers.

Theres a guy in all black, riding through deep woods, swinging a chain with a ball of fire on the end. He swings the fire into another shadowed figure and that figure catches. It's a really fast clip, but the one that catches fire is most likely a white walker. Who is the person swinging the fire though?

It's obviously someone who is well prepared to deal with whites. They seem to be alone. And it looks like this happens north of the wall. Coldhands?

White Walkers are imprevious to ordinary fire (ref. the Hardhome fight where one walks through fire to fight the Thenn and then Jon.) Wights can be finally killed (only?) by fire (ref. Jon saving Jeor Mormont, wildlings burning their dead etc.)

Yippee!  Your analysis makes sense!  I want to believe!

At least Bran is going to team Other.

I don't think that is Euron - neither handsome nor eye-patched enough. Victarion or Aeron, perhaps? I think the main plot point is that the Iron Islanders (ie Kraken) are building relevance for the destructive conclusion to the saga.

0:35 Daenerys is taken captive and is brought to Vaes Dothrak

0:41 High Sparrow speaking his phrase from the teaser - speaking to a person in armour

0:44 Greyjoy banners, probably the kingsmoot

0:46 Sansa

0:48 Tyrion with a torch in a dark room - speaking of the Great Game - maybe searching for the two chained dragons?

0:51 Drogon

0:55 Lancel, Robert Strong, Cersei - "violence"

1:00 people drawing swords (edit: one of them seems to be Ned - apprarently it's a flashback to the Tower of Joy)

1:01 Castle Black - Alliser Throne smashing a door

1:02 Tommen and Cersei walking with kingsguard

1:03 horses riding

1:04 ships in stormy sea (Iron Fleet?)

1:05 Arya getting hit by the waif

1:06 Littlefinger in the snow

1:07 Margaery

1:07 someone gets hit by a rider

1:08 archers with red banners (whose?)

1:09 building in Meereen (?) gets smashed

1:09 Theon looks and gets baptized (edit: the one who gets baptized isn't Theon -> Euron?)

1:10 Cersei biting Jaime's ear

1:11 Brienne killing someone

1:12 hand with a huge ring by a fire (Melisandre's?)

1:12 Hall of Faces in the House of Black and White

1:16 two women kissing (one of them seems to be Asha)

1:17 Theon taking his hood off his head (edit: it could also be Euron?)

1:17 man in Targaryen armour fighting with two swords (edit: it also seems to be the Tower of Joy - Ned fighting Arthur Dayne? - but he doesn't wear kingsguard armour - the sword in his right hand could be Dawn)

1:18 Tormund (edit: apparently there is a Bolton shield behind him)

1:18 battle - horses dying

1:19 High Sparrow and Magaery

1:19 people slashing at something on the floor

1:31 Davos taking and drawing Longclaw - dead Jon in front of him - Ghost is there, too (apparently alive) - other men of the Night's Watch are drawing swords, too

POSSIBLE SPOILER POST:

A little bit more info:

0:16 - 0:18  Davos standing in the stop at an old pyre - having travelled to where Shireen was burned at the stake/paying his respects.

0:22 - 0:25  Victorious Northern/Wildling/Night's Watch forces burning the flayed/tortured bodies (done by the Boltons) to give them a proper funeral/peace.

0:33 - 0:40  Dany being led as a commoner or slave to Vaes Dothrak to become a Dosh Khaleen.

0:40 - 0:42  High Sparrow talking with Jaime (note the king's guard shoulder plate).

0:42 - 0:44  Kingsmoot in the Iron Islands (probably changed to Pyke for the show).  Appears to be opening of scene from wide panning camera angle - Euron arrives part way through for dramatic effect?

0:44 - 0:47  Sansa rescued and given shelter by a norther lord (hence the thick dark fur, manicured face, cool natural light, timber framed rafters/ wrought iron chandeliers) - likely Umbers or Karstarks.

0:47 - 0:50  Tyrion and Varys (Varys is above Tyrion's head with his arms crossed on the stairs at the start of the scene) in Mereen - Tyrion perhaps going to release the Dragons in hopes of using them against the Sons of the Harpy (blending quentyn Martell's plotline).

Is it just me or do the "Night King" and Bran look really similar?

It's possible (I think likely) that the White Walkers are Starks, or at least the progenitors of the First Men.
