Verdak
According to this article in "Winter-Is-Coming.net", "...all the episode directors are careful not to show him touching anyone with the infected hand.". I guess they missed this then... Maybe it's the germophobe in me, but if I was Daario, I'd be seriously washing my hands OCD-style right now... http://postimg.org/image/sthdp31uz/
Ludo Kressh
Well, Dany should have gotten it too since Jorah held her hand during the attack in Daznak's pit. And Tyrion should have as well when they were attacked by the Stone Men in the Doom. On the surface it's a show inconsistancy, but I just assumed that Jorah's greyscale hasn't advanced enough to be contagious yet. Which also begs the question: How did Shireen get it from an infected doll if it takes alot more for it to infect you?
The Dew
Maybe it is part of the plot in the series, so all going well, and while they are aboard the Royal Ship carrying Daenerys and her entourage, when they reach Westeros they will be all stone men, and there will be an outbreak. It may be a mistake, it may not.
Giomax
Perhaps it becomes more contagious the more advanced it is.
