I knew as soon as I saw the spoiler that yes, they would do that. This is the season of bringing back great characters and then killing them off in less than 5 minutes of screentime. Reading the theories about what could have happened was quite interesting. It was unlikely she would survive that so easily, but i suppose the knife not hitting any major organs, or miraculously sliding between them is possible.
