Who won't appear?

I think the plot lines & characters we'll see will be far more limited than some commenters are assuming.

I would surmise:

1. KL cast of characters at trial -- focus of episode

2. Jon & Sansa & co. at Winterfell

3. Jaime & cast of characters at at Riverrun

4. Dany & Tyrion briefly

5. Varys & Dorne cast of characters, briefly

6. Bran, briefly

That's it. No Brienne, no Hound/BwoB, no Arya, no Sam, no Theon/Yara/Euron, no Jorah, no Vale, and nothing at the Wall.

I don't think Arya will appear; her story for the season seems to be over. Therefore Jaqen won't appear. I doubt Jorah will appear; although he might appear, if he just wants to live out the rest of the days serving Dany and not trying to get a cure. Additionally, I don't think Castle Black will appear (too early for it to fall down)...

I think the Hound/BwB will appear; why bring them back this season if do nothing at all? Might cross paths with Brienne?

Sam will appear; they were casting an "Oldtown Maester" apparently. Also, it would bring all (if not most) storylines up inline with the books...

Here's hoping they don't waste any time with Sam and Gilly this episode.

I wana see the citadel and old town, Sam's awesome. In season 4 Oberyn told Cersei he has 8 daughters. I doubt it wil happen but wud love to see the sand snake there undercover, and a fm

Sorry, i just read some comments on GoT website that Ms Williams is not listed in next episode cast list, and I didn't see her in the preview and the official photos so I guessed it's true

The official cast list hasn't been released yet. If you are talking about the cast list on IMDB, then anyone can edit that so its not reliable

I think Arya will definitely be in the episode. She has never been absent from a season finale before (have any of the 'major' characters even missed the finale?) and I cant see them ending her story this season with her simply saying she is going home. She isn't in the preview or pictures because they might want to keep her appearance a surprise

If Arya isn't in this episode, what happens at the Twins? I cant see them just having a random scene between Jaime and Walder that leads nowhere (earlier in the season would be fine but not in the finale). I also cant see Jaime killing him because that really wouldn't make sense. I also cant see the Brotherhood doing anything since they don't even have 100 men and there are thousands of Lannister and Frey soldiers. Arya infiltrating the Twins, posing as a serving girl and poisoning Walder is the only thing that makes sense. Anyone else killing Walder Frey would horrible IMO. It needs to be Arya. Arya killing him right after Jon and Sansa got revenge on Ramsay would be a great ending to the season

Spoiler

Truede, who has been right about everything so far, has said that the spoilers about the finale are legit so I really do believe that we will see Arya kill Walder Frey in the finale. Also, an EW article about the finale says that 'You can expect pretty much every major character to make an appearance'

Meera is the only one who makes sense.  Howland Reed was with Ned at ToJ.

It's explicitly clear in the books that Meera is a crannogman/crannogwoman. If Meera were the twin, she'd've gone to Winterfell too, not been given to the care of Howland Reed. Meera is Howland Reed's bio-daughter.

If there were a twin at the ToJ, said twin died before Ned got back to Winterfell (and may as well not have existed), or the twin would have been at Winterfell with Jon. No plausible explanation exists for Ned not taking a twin if he was already taking the first child. At worst, assuming the child had Targaryen/Valyrian features, it would be taken as "proof" that the mother was actually Ashara Dayne, which a lot of people in Westeros think is the case anyways.

Gendry “the Rower” Waters,

No one is expecting Gendry to show up, if he did then it will be greatest twist in the show, some people are predicting that the fleet of Danny will find him rowing in the sea on their way to Westeros :D
