Yeah, I broke down and watched the finale....and what I thought it was supposed to mean was her consternation that she sees LF isn't happy and she's worried for Jon. Not that she's upset because he's been named King. Seriously Daenerys has a greater advantage than fucking Aegon I Targayen ever did. His army and fleet were small and pathetic. He relied on his dragons. She honestly doesn't even need hers. She's got 100000 Dothraki screamers, the Reach and Dorne's men and ships (doesn't the Reach have the second largest navy?), half the Greyjoy fleet, and 8000 Unsullied. Even without her huge-ass dragons that can lay fleets and cities to waste, she's got more than enough to sweep up the entirety of Westeros. They spend budget money to turn Poor Carol who used to be Cersie into Sheryl the Black and Jon probably and Bran after he returns, will never get a crown. It was unfair of Catelyn (in the books) to distrust Jon, but also clear what her reasoning was (her knowledge of the Blackfyre Rebellion). It's not clear why Sansa should distrust him. What is to become of them? They should have had Cersei's GPS guided wildfire take them out just so they don't need to be written into weak plots.
