While Ned and Cat, Robb and Rickon and Ned's grandchild (unborn) may be dead, Ned gave his life for his children. Cersei is the reason her children are dead. Both families have suffered, and while Cersei may be on the Iron Throne, her children are dead and her days are numbered. While she may have killed for her children, she proved that she is all about herself, she wouldn't die for them. The North Remembers, Winter has Come.
