Noble & Knightly Ranks

I read somewhere that, George R. R. Martin forgot to give the lords some other titles then lords, like Earls and stuff.  So I made a list of houses of Westeros in ranking system, by going through the known houses and sigil and give them 1-5 for noble houses, and 5-7 for knightly. By using this system,

 

Noble Ranks,

Rank 1 for Lord Paramount ex. House Tyrell (Grand Duke)

Rank 2 for Major Houses, (Known Arms & Location) ex. House Blackwood (Duke)

Rank 3 for Minor Houses, (Known Arms & Locations) ex. House Kenning of Harlaw (Count,Earl)

Rank 4 for Minor Houses, (Known Arms or Location) ex. House Hardyng (Viscount)

Rank 5 for Minor Houses, (Unknown Arms & Location) ex. House Crabb (Baron)

 

Knightly Houses,

Rank 5 for Knightly Houses (Known Arms & Location) ex. House Osgrey (Baronett)

Rank 6 for Knightly Houses (Known Arms or Location) ex. House Lorch (Knight)

Rank 7 for Knightly Houses (Unknown Arms & Location) ex. House Drinkwater (Esquire)
