Some say that hosting helps.. sometimes it might and sometimes it might not create so much inspiration, especially after seeing how great many people are. But, don't let it discourage you! 1st round is always a tester, especially with new topic ideas. (I have played every game, except (technically) the ones I have hosted, and have never won. Yet, I keep playing, even if I miss some rounds, because it's such a fun game.)

As I sit here contemplating what they would say to each other, it occurs to me it's one thing not to have met, but it's another to consider they probably didn't even know each other existed.

Round 2    Catelyn Stark chats with Arianne Martell

Lady Catelyn Stark has just arrived at King Renly Baratheon's enormous camp at Bitterbridge with her escort from Riverrun, in order to treat with the new young king. Her arrival is met with little notice as a great melee is in progress. Disgusted with this “chivalrous” display while other men are fighting and dying, Catelyn turns her attention from the spectacle and focuses on the crowd. She spots a face nearby, dark eyes and long, black hair.

The Dornish features of this petite highborn identify her as Princess Arianne Martell of Sunspear. Well, that and the large banner flying a gold spear piercing a red sun above her pavilion. Of her own volition, and without permission, Arianne sought to determine if declaring for Renly was in Dorne’s best interests. Lady Stark greets the princess with all the courtesy of a highborn lady. What are the next words expressed between the Lady of Winterfell and the heiress of Sunspear?
