shortguy457
It's the one where Tyrion, Penny and Jorah are sold off as slave. Am I to understand that the slavers who took them from their ship, took them to the Yunkish camp thats besieging Meereen? They took them to a war zone to be sold off? Why would they do that? Why would people be buying and selling off slaves while their besieging Meereen?

shortguy457
I just want confirmation that the Yunkai are both laying siege to Meereen and buying slaves at the same time.

Yes, they are. They are doing it in defiance of Dany, to show her that her power ends at the walls of Meereen

The masters are used to getting what they want. Just because war is going on doesn't mean they give up their hobbies and luxuries. Yezzan has too much money than he knows what to do with. Might as well ask why bother with luxury in a military camp. That's the master's life style and the buying of slaves is what they do. It's like their way of life. It doesn't stop for war. Lucius Lovejoy
Slaves are dying from the pale mare and must be replaced is my guess. And also what @John Suburbs said.
