no_one_...
I've been bored and thought I'd ask which of the follow do you think/or would like to happen? A. All of Tywin's kids are his - leave any twists for the books. B. Jammie and Cersi aren't, but Tyrion is - They were the 1st born and Mad King may have had his way w/Joanna on the wedding night. They also breed like Targs. C. i. Jammie is, Cersi and Tyrion aren't - 2 Eggs, 2 Guys the same wedding night. Though loses some of the Targ incest. (But let's be honest 1st cousins isn't that far off either). ii. Cersi is, Tyrion and Jammie aren't - Same as above the Twins reversed. (seems more likely of the C's options based on Cersi's crazy train). D. i Jammie and Tyrion are, Cersi isn't - Similar to C, but Tyrion is a targe. Seems the least likely to me. ii Cersi and Tyrion are, Jammie isn't - Seems the most likely of the C & D options. Tyrion affinity w/the Dragons, Cersi power crazy mad monarch. Jammie is um ...?? E. Tyrion is, but Jammie and Cersi aren't - Pretty common Theory out there. F. None of his kids are his, they take the Targ name and all of Tywin's efforts were pointless. Personally, I like D 2 (of the most unlikely options).
Tywin Tytosson
hmm...You don't have this : Jamie and Cersei are Tywin's. Tyrion is not. Tyrion may be a Targ; may be Aerys' son.
Raeslewolhn
I think the permutations got confused in your original post. Rephrasing: How many and who are Tywin's children (and therefore true Lannisters)? A. He has 3 children. Silly theory. B. He has 2 children. 1 is a Targ or something i. Not Tyrion, he is a Targ or something. II. Not Jamie, he is a Targ or something. (One twin + Tyrion are Lannisters) III. Not Cersei, she is a Targ or something. C. He has 1 child. I. Tyrion is the only Lannister. II. Jamie is the only Lannister. (One twin + Tyrion are Targs) III. Cersei is the only Lannister. D. He has no children, actually. Follow up question.... If you chose B, C, or D, do you think they are Targeryean, if not what else? I think it can just be A, but if not then it is either B.i. or C.i. ( B or E in the original phrasing). I think the twins are in fact full siblings. (Not half siblings with only the same mother). Tyrion would be the odd one out either way. Personally I would loooove him as a Targ and ...dragonrider?! You're correct, and thank you for clearing it up for me. CII of your version is my original answer (though I think B1 Targ is most likely). I think the most cruel from Tywin's perspective would be D (they're all the Mad Kings). I'm not sure how they'd reveal how the kids are a Targ short of not being burnable or a possible a Dragon Rider later. I guess Mel could try burning one at the stake to sacrifice to the Red God and he/she lived through it.

I think the twins are the same parentage bc it's the simplest biology, no plot reasons whatsover. All options seem kinda possible I guess. Thinking about it now D seems more likely. Angel Eyes
Perhaps Tyrion's dark hair is partially Marbrand? Tywin's mother was Jeyne Marbrand and she's shown in art to be dark-haired.
