Anybody can get a car, which is why this method of attack is almost impossible to be prevent or intercept, you don't need any contact with others, you don't need to buy anything that flags you. However so far other than Nice the numbers injured tend to be relatively on the low side. Unfortunately this will probably give that orange arsegoblin political capital. The guy has a history of it and his profile does not fit the bill of a terrorist. The only odd part is that he was reported to have driven on the sidewalk for several blocks. You'd have to be really drunk to do that. Thankfully the loss of life was minimal. It could have easily been over 50 fatalities. Also, didn't know you Eurocommies spell curb differently.
