But I was watching the marathon on HBO and saw the exchange between Maester Aemon and Sam where Aemon described a girl he once loved. It made me wonder if Aemon might actually be the father of Jon? Maybe Rhaegar kidnapped Lyanna, or maybe it wasn't kidnap, but is he necessarily the father? Like everyone else, I've tried to get as much as possible from the scene in the show where Lyanna tells Ned the baby's name. I know this isn't an original thought, but as we get closer on the show (close, meaning within 2 years) to the reveal, I wondered what others think?
