Predictions

I find I'm enjoying predictions from this group more than some of the things actually being screened. Mine are;

1. Jon travels to Dragonstone. Dany  is upset by the failure of the grand plan thanks to Euron's interventions. Tyrion advises she can trust Jon, she considers what to do next given that she wants KL & Cersei seems to have the upper hand in battles so far, but Jon urges attack in the opposite direction.

2. Arya keeps going North, crosses Jon on the roads & they miss each other

3. Sansa & Littlefinger...da fuq knows.Could the 'Queen" in the North have some justice in store for Baelish?

4. Bran has words with Ed at Castle Black, ravens are sent, white walkers army nears eastwatch.

5. Jorah & Sam & more scenes with pus filled material. But Jorah seems to be improving. Arch Maester starts paying Sam more attention.

6. Cersei welcomes Euron who pitches up with more than one gift. Torture & disposal of Dornishwomen & Yarra. Jaime pushed offside by Euron's new found favour in his sister's eyes. Tarly still not wholly for the Lannisters.

7. Davos vs Mel.

I'm honestly terrified that another LF: "I love you. Are you happy?" - Sansa: "F*** off!" scene will happen. Littlefinger is one of my favorite characters (more precisely: the book LF and the Seasons 1-4 LF is one of my favorite characters) but somehow I'm starting to hope he will die soon so he is spared of more embarrasing scenes like that...

Hopefully Euron gives Cersei the heads of Ellaria and that remaining Snake. I'd prefer Yara to escape and survive but I suppose that's not very probable. In that case I suppose that she

Spoiler

might meet the fate of Aeron in the sample TWOW chapter - tied to the ship and let to be drowned.

Oh, and Dany will slightly taunt Jon while Jon will remain that honorable and polite guy he is while we might get a Jon-Theon scene, which could be interesting.

I hope that Dany sacks Tyrion as hand and feeds him to the dragon he patted. These Queens need to get real, too much planning and talking so far.

I think Euron will give the Pornish to Cersie as a gift, not sure what he will do with Yara.

I think we will see Cersie kill the bad pussy Sand Snake in front of her mum, for revenge. Perhaps even Mountainised - but that may be a bit too graphic.

I really don't care about Sansa and LF - the mid-north has gotten boring.

I hope we see Bran and the Night's King, though. I also hope we see Hound and Beric and Thoros again.

I hope Unsullied take Casterly Rock and score a point against Cersei.

Not sure whether Jamie will be there or whether he might actually prepare an attack on Highgarden to unite the Reach behind his banner...

Hope Bran comes to Winterfell and the Night King finds some device to create chaos in Winterfell as well. Otherwise would only be Sansa and LF there and that might be boring...

I have high hopes that Tyrion's knowledge of Casterly Rock's cisterns will be instrumental in taking the castle.

Tbh it'd be such a missed chance to create a (logical!) connection between different seasons and to show importance even of seemingly unimportant things if it doesn't happen.

Sam's negligence and attempt at surgery somehow causes the spread of Greyscale in a potent form resulting in a mass zombie-like outbreak of stonemen throughout the Citadel and into Oldtown.

Spoiler

Jorah's infection and return to Westeros was clearly meant to replace JonCon, so let's be real, there has to be an important plot point tied to it - he isn't just happily getting healed.

The titles typically have multiple meetings. This one is "The Queens Justice" so: (1) Cersei executes Ellaria Sand for killing Myrcella. Or more likely Jaime does it under order thereby acting as The Queens Justice while enforcing the queens justice. (2) Sansa (as Queen Regent) deals harshly with a perceived traitor/criminal at Littlefingers suggestion, likely an Umber or a Karstark in opposition to Jon's wishes. (3) I suspect that we get a little more information on the Night's King through Bran (who wasn't in Ep2 so likely to be in Ep3) and perhaps from Sam (they made some conversation on the Long Night). My bet is that we'll learn more about the Night's Queen and may lay some groundwork to the Night's King (who isn't actually a king but more likely the "knight before there were any knights" that Sam read about in Castle Black's library) is effectively the NQs "Queen Justice" for a wrong committed against her thousands of years before.

I'd really enjoy all of this!

I expect Jaime and Randyll to win a battle at Casterly Rock by letting the unsullied infiltrate then attacking them - spears don't work well in close quarters.  Possible Grey Worm death at Randyll's hands.  Maybe Bronn's.

While Jaime is out fighting Euron returns with his gift.  The young Sand Snake is killed with poison and ellaria is given to Qyburn and FrankenMountain.  Cersei doesn't explicitly accept Euron's marriage proposal yet but has sex with him.  Yara kept as hostage.

Dany with more self righteous condescending harsh tones "I am queen you will bend the knee bla bla bla."  (Gosh I hope they don't turn Lyanna Mormont into little Dany with this always angry and righteous shit but they probably already have).  Jon and Davos are obstinate especially after seeing Melisandre in Dany's court.  Dany gives zero shits what Jon or even Tyrion have to say.  No explanation given for why Littlefinger would let them use his teleporter after Jon choked him in the last episode.

Sam is now in quarantine and Archmaester Ebrose is trying to determine if Sam will get kicked out of the citadel.  Operation seems successful so far and Sam doesn't seem infected but he did break rules, may have to face a tribunal of some sort in the next episode.  Gilly sneaks books in to Sam - no explanation for how she got books provided.

Sansa asks Lord Baelish how long he and the knights of the Vale intend to stay.  He says they serve at her leisure as she is their queen.  She gets angry and corrects him that Jon is her and their king.

Bran is weird and has visions as they get to winterfell.  Meera continues to look pissed.  I don't blame her, Bran sucked before he became the 3EC/3ER (I don't remember if it is crow or raven but I do know some posters get pissed if you use the wrong one and then they pretend they have no idea who you really meant).

I must confess for me it was when the High Sparrow died. I was hoping a slower more painful death for him. As i hate him more than Ramsay Bolton.

Really? I know he was a smug bastard but his whole 'commoners first' policy had some merit.

Yea, I thought the High Sparrow was one of the few powerful people that genuinely gave a crap about the small folk. His smugness didn't really bother me because I thought that the Lords and Ladies deserved to be brought down a peg or two. I don't think he was that smug with the commoners.

Remember when the Hound went "Fuck the King!" The High Sparrow was like that being said over and over again, which was joyous :D

Cersei is def gonna kill the Sand Snake while the mother watches as someone suggested above.  I can't see Yara dying, but I've been wrong before.  Really tho her death wouldn't serve much purpose as she could potentially be used to manipulate Theon as long as she is alive.

Using the limited # of episodes, and what we have seen of photos as previews Jon will arrive at Dragonstone with Davos.  Davos and Tyrion will then go to Kings landing to find Gendry, and after returning to Dragonstone Jon and Davos will go north again.  The only question is if that takes 1 or 2 episodes.  If we presume that the battle scenes from the north happen in episode 6 as per the usual penultimate battle, then I think it will likely be until episode 4 before Jon and Davos leave.  That leaves episode 5 for the big Stark family reunion, and the field of fire.

As for the two-three queens this ep refers to, I expect my favorite hipster Euron to arrive with his gift, which will delight Cersei but she'll leave him hanging on his proposal. Jaime will glower and be mystified as to why she's even still considering this. She'll give the last Sand Snake to UnGregor and perhaps have some other torture for Ellaria; I don't believe Cersei will kill her, more of a "my daughter, now your daughter" approach. Not sure about Yara, but either way it won't be good.

Then, Dany and Jon will banter but he won't bend the knee just yet; save that part for later in a more private setting. Melisandre won't make herself scarce just because Davos is there so there should be another confrontation between them that'll put his last words to the test. Think they'll both emerge the same.

Queen Regent Sansa may consider some kind of bad decision her brother won't like, especially since Baelish is still around giving her advice. Can only hope Brienne tempers this with common sense as she's last pertinent person around who could do it.

I also believe Grey Worm will lead a successful attack on Casterly Rock since Tyrion has provided all the details about its vulnerabilities. Show logic would assume that since Grey Worm did some eunuch sex with Missandei, of course, he must die now. I predict he'll survive. Sam will wrap up his work with Jorah but will be found out and likely kicked out for his efforts.

I agree that the title of the episode will be revealed to have multiple meanings, but more than likely the focus will be Cersei and Daenerys.

  • Cersei will continue down the Mad King's path, and will use wildfire to execute Ellaria and/or Tyene. Maybe the method will even be similar to the one Aerys used to kill Lord Rickard and Brandon Stark; either way this will bring up some unpleasant memories in Jaime
  • I expect Euron to demand that Yara be given to him to execute his judgement; Cersei will agree, but she still delay her response to the marriage proposal. Word will reach her of the Unsullied attack on Casterly Rock, and she will ask Euron to go there, to further prove his loyalty; he won’t be happy, and maybe both will start plotting against the other (I know, this all too much the level of writing we’ve seen in the show, especially considering the limited number of episodes; but who knows)
  • The Unsullied army will magically appear outside Casterly Rock. Hopefully using some intel from Tyrion, the Unsullied will break through, but a bloody battle will ensue (as the previews suggest); I don’t wish to guess on the outcome, but I predict Grey Worm will be badly wounded, possibly killed.
  • With the naval defeat and the loss of Grey Worm, Dany will be in no mood to hear Jon on his story about the White Walkers; Tyrion and Varys will add to the skepticism, but Melisandre will be on Jon’s side. Davos may try to kill Melisandre, or at least mention to Daenerys what she did, and that she can’t be trusted (thus sabotaging Jon). Olenna will probably deliver some bad news, as well, regarding the defection of a number of her bannermen to the Lannister cause.
  • Jon will refuse to bend the knee; a bit of service to the book fans will be provided, when Tyrion or Varys will remind Jon of Torrhen Stark, the King Who Knelt. If they allocated enough for the CGI budget, Ghost will be there. Daenerys/Tyrion/Varys will make a quip about the wolf’s presence and the dragons will be presented. Jon, on account of his experiences with the White Walkers, will remain unimpressed. If he does decide to kneel, it will be because he needs the alliance (and he doesn’t really care about remaining king, either). I think he will piss off Daenerys, though, and she will lock him up, thus proving Sansa right (but not in the long run)
  • At Winterfell, creepy Littlefinger will continue to try to influence Sansa, as she has to deal with the northern lords. Whatever plans she and LF make will be put on hold, when a raven arrives from Castle Black with news that a crippled boy who claims to be Bran Stark is there. Sansa will ask Brienne to go fetch him, to see if it’s true, and she begins considering how to handle this news.

Given the limited time of an episode not every arc can/will be covered

* Danaerys small council/Jon Snow: Trailer confirmed

* Kings Landing/Euron: Trailer confirmed

* *some battle*: Trailer confirmed, probably Casterly Rock

Remain as optional locations (in my own ranking of probabilty void of any information)

* Arya: i do not see any further plot before arriving at Winterfell. Maybe she arrive at the gates in the last sequence of ep.3

* Bran/Wall: Bran is too important (as mentioned often before: As Neds eldest son, his Lord of Winterfell position should be higher than Jons), that he can be ignored for two episodes.

* Oldtown: Not that I would care

* Winterfell: LF has to do anything of importance, hasn´t he?

* Hound/BwB: Still walking north

* anything other (North of the wall? Tyrell/Reach problems? Essos? ): Most probably not
