What should we expect from the Vale?

Sansa remains a deadly threat to Littlefinger.

During the chapte when Lysa Arryn was pushed through the Moondoor by Littlefinger, Sansa heard Lysa talking about how she killed Jon Arryn with the Tears of Lyss provided by Littlefinger and that it was Littlefinger's idea.

If that memory should ever come back to Sansa's mind and she would tell that to - for example - Lord Nestor, Littlefinger's days would be done.

So, if GRRM wanted a rapid twist in the Vale, this would be an option.
