I REALLY REALLY want to slap Arya. Like, IDK if it was just me but she was a really big bitch to Sansa and I believe Sansa handled the lords really well. IDK, she reminded me of Season 1 when she was stabbing her knife into a table when she was angry. Like, IDK why people say Arya would've done better as LAdy of Winterfell when she talked of taking heads and just...ugh.

I don't know how much at this point LF is manipulating her but holy shit I hope this sibling rivlalry doesn't continue because dear gods

Annoying

AS

Hell

Also I don't like Arya ragging on my bby Sansa like seriously

ALSO directTV kept cutting out so I'm gonna have to rewatch the episode

I didn't mind this episode much but I don't understand why Lord Glover (it is Glover isn't it?) would be so keen to diss Jon after having pledged unfailing loyalty not so long ago. I can understand Lord Royce's reservations. And why is Royce and the Vale army still in WF. Don't they have to go and protect the people in the Vale?  Is it because Royce is following LF's lead. And why isn't Cersei attacking/threatening the Vale? Makes no sense. Also, I don't like Arya all eager to chop of heads and her getting so easily manipulated by LF. This Sansa/Arya feud should end.

Because he's worried that Jon's pulling a Robb. Remember, he's the guy who said Robb lost them the North because of a "foreign whore", and now Jon's possibly following in his brother's footsteps.

  • Bronn: Dragon or no, I'm sticking with you until I get what I'm owed. 2 sec later... Dragons is where I draw the line. bwahahaha
  • Dany: I'm here to break the Wheel that has been screwing everyone, so... bend the knee or die. bwahahaha
  • Gendry's hammer - fucking ridiculous - looked like a dwarf hammer from The Hobbit movies. I guess the show is trying to tell us that Gendry has become as strong as his dad, but if that head is made of solid steel, no one but the Mountain could realistically wield it.
  • So Davos knew all along where Gendry was. Ok, not really mad about that, but Gendry's absentia til now is still annoying. But Davos decided to warn Gendry that KL ain't safe anymore, because of dragons coming. Ok, his plan was to take him to Winterfell, because he's much safer there with winter and the dead coming. Sure
  • Arya needs to chill out, and let Sansa rule. She knows how to kill, not rule.
  • The casual reveal that Jon ain't really a bastard - it's been coming, but this was bullshit.
  • Absolutely no buildup to the Jon-Drogon scene; Dany, fresh off her victory and roasting the Tarlys, lands in front of Jon, for what? To intimidate, to roast Jon, too? Just fan service to show that Jon is a Targ.
  • Jon arriving at Eastwatch takes the cake for characters teleporting across the map; it really doesn't bother me that they don't show a character's journey from A to B, but it does bother me knowing that while all this is happening, Dany and Tyrion will probably do fuck all at Dragonstone, until the plot demands that they do something. Just like they did fuck all, while fleets sailed around Westeros, and did battle.

Dany still using the 'Come with me and make a better world or BURN'

Arya is a Psychopath, and Sansa just got a wiff of it.

Overall I think this was the best episode of the season, simply because there wasn't any just overt 'wtf' moment.  Last week's battle was great but it was bracketed by Arya Porn and Dany just not needing the supplies so burn em.

While I thought it was a great scene, the fact that there are seven guys going north on the wight hunt is just a bit too on the nose.

And for an army that doesn't have to stop, shouldn't the White Walkers be in Dorne by now?

Um, how the hell did Gendry and Jon not mention Arya??? Gendry talks about Ned, who he spoke to for all of 3 minutes but apparently forgets he spent what, months, years with Jon's little sister? And then the Hound and the Brotherhood don't mention her either? Jesus christ, you've got literally every living character who Arya travelled with in Westeros together and her name doesn't even pop up? (Except Hot Pie, who I assume was excluded because he actually likes talking about Arya).

Can't you see it's faux drama; we all know Arya will kill Littlefinger after he tried to sow discord between the 2 sisters…

Yeah I got a good laugh out of that.

Yeah Gendry's hammer does look underwhelming and rather small. The nonsensical tension between Arya and Sansa is getting so lame and tiresome. I don't think the showrunners care about the distance and travel times in Westeros anymore.  People teleport as the plot requires and D&D doesn't give a shit about how it looks anymore. Dany will be pining for Jon till he gets back.
