Dany still using the 'Come with me and make a better world or BURN'

Arya is a Psychopath, and Sansa just got a wiff of it.

Overall I think this was the best episode of the season, simply because there wasn't any just overt 'wtf' moment.  Last week's battle was great but it was bracketed by Arya Porn and Dany just not needing the supplies so burn em.

While I thought it was a great scene, the fact that there are seven guys going north on the wight hunt is just a bit too on the nose.

And for an army that doesn't have to stop, shouldn't the White Walkers be in Dorne by now?

There's more than seven guys, but yeah seven important guys, I guess. All the others will probably die, but the question will be who among the seven will die. I won't write my predictions in this thread, even though we know one of them is safe, and a few are definitely dead.

Outside the episode was the showrunners trying to justify everything. That's where they TRY to tell this thing that they are passing off as a story.

I'm really annoyed with Arya. Not one episode after she reunites with her siblings she's already mad a Sansa for what seems like no reason (because Jon left her in charge?). WTF? Hasn't she grown and evolved? I want to like her character, but...

Can't you see it's faux drama; we all know Arya will kill Littlefinger after he tried to sow discord between the 2 sisters…

I know something will happen in that regard but currently I don't think it's faux

Yeah.

Like, I don't even believe they're trying to set up LF. I think he'll fail in the end but right now all Arya seems to be doing is letting her preconceived notions go to her head.

Also, her talk about beheading the lords and just....IDK. I'm really glad she's not LoW.

the following words define this episode:

-lazy writing

-forced

-predictable

-meh

a) the Arya - Sansa scenes was so forced.... really, like "I know that you are trying to make us think that they will be against each others, just kill LF. Please have more creativity".

b). can 't you really make some effort to make a better escape for Jaime after FoF2?

c) So really,  but really ...  do you really think that it makes any sense to try to reason to Cersei about the AoD? Are you kidding me? At least Tyrion should be the first to say that this doesn't make any sense.

d) So let's see if I understand... they want to capture one of the zombies just to convince Danny and Cersei? Wouldn't be easy for Dany just to fly with one of the Dragons and see the army at a safe distance?

I hate lazy writing because I take as an offense to people that really care about the show. It is becoming LOST all over again....

Sam continuing to get dumber in the Citadel.  She tells him a Prince goes to Dorne for an Annulment in secret (though she doesn't say his name correctly) and he doesn't think to check the name etc.  He's researching the War of the 5 Kings which he would have known would have started b/c a Prince ran off with a Stark lady ... .  I realize this doesn't directly tie into his mission, but he is best friends w/Jon and all.

Outside the episode:Is that the thing where they explain what happened in an episode because they are not good at showing what was supposed to happen in the actual episode?

Um, how the hell did Gendry and Jon not mention Arya??? Gendry talks about Ned, who he spoke to for all of 3 minutes but apparently forgets he spent what, months, years with Jon's little sister? And then the Hound and the Brotherhood don't mention her either? Jesus christ, you've got literally every living character who Arya travelled with in Westeros together and her name doesn't even pop up? (Except Hot Pie, who I assume was excluded because he actually likes talking about Arya).

One can argue that the Hound and Jon didn't have a long enough conversation to talk about Arya but you are right it's silly for Gendry not to mention Arya to Jon, especially since they showed he was trying to bond with Jon.

I thought Jorah and Dany had way more chemistry. I wanted Jon and Dany to be family love. Oh well.

Their reunion was my favorite scene in the episode. They have a lot more chemistry than Dany and Jon.

The Winterfell plot is like one of those reality TV shows on Bravo.

I wonder how long it will take him to remember this important bit of info. It only took him a full montage of shit & piss to remember about Dragonstone and dragonglass. I'm sure he'll recall when the plot requires him to do so.

Also, Jon knows about Arya and Bran from the Raven.
