Tywin married his cousin(?) and of course the northern houses have always married their cousins because the title of the house goes to the first born child. So it's not going to be a big deal. Do remember in the the real world the royal houses of Europe are all inter related. The last tsar or Russia was the spit of a British King from the same age.
