And him killing Cersei would be kind of a strange way to end her story. People have said that R+L was too 'obvious' also, so my guess is that it's Jamie. Victarion is most likely toast in the next book. He’s a POV and there should be a culling of POVs in the next book. He thinks he will get the girl and stab Euron in the back, but Euron is one step ahead. My guess is the husky woman is more than she seems to be. No, the entire point is that Tyrion is the obvious decoy that Cersei expects throughout AFFC while at the same time her relationship with Jaime is breaking down. It's supposed to be ironic, and not a shock for the sake of shocks. Victarion, Euron, Arya, Jon, Daenerys... none of these people contribute as much to her arc or mean anything to her character compared to Jaime. A lot of people had hopes the show could stick the landing in the last season because it would be GRRM end game and so, it was hoped would be more clever and more logically than the last few seasons of the show. Alas, that is not to be. It seems like a mash up of GRRM most basic points...WW are defeated, dragons die, and if Dany does die, then that...but the how and the why seem to be not of interest to the show anymore.
