Livesundersink
Depends on how much she has learnt by the series end, at the start of the books she thinks herself to be all wise and powerful, drunk on euphoria after her betrothal, which gives her a sense and belief that she is above everybody else, at the start of the incident at the Trident she tells Arya to stay out of it and that she will "handle" it and does a shit job of it. Despite Cersei being the one to order the death of Lady, she still takes her as a mentor, which goes really well. After Ned's execution she sees Joffrey and others for who they really are, but still has little knowledge about how the world really works and is still far too trusting as we see with Ser Dontos and Littlefinger.
