Aegon's Maester before conquest?

So just wondering if any one has any thoughts on Aegon and his raven's he sent to Westerosi Lords demanding their fealty. Like, who tended these Ravens. Was it a Maester and if so, who? Aegon did have a sept on Dragonstone that may have been built by him, or built originally with the castle. We know Aegon visited Old Town at one point, so he could have gotten the raven's and maester then? Cause, we know the raven's are trained to know where these castles are, and only specific ravens can be used for specific castles. Ravens possibly with singers in them. Idk, just seems interesting to me

Unless Dragonstone already had a maester & ravenry (perhaps even established before the Doom, to improve the process of the dragonlords selling Valyrian steel swords to Westeros), then Aegon & Visenya's visit to Oldtown would definitely be when they gained such. And unless it was from information that a existing maester had on hand, also the specific knowledge than went into the crafting of the Painted Table (if perhaps from the maester himself). Targaryen visits to the mainland, particularly if they only acquired a maester a few years before the Conquest, could've been viewed by various Westerosi that they may be making a move into the Great Game & that influencing them. Say, the High Septon with his later & prudent "vision", Argilac reaching out to Aegon, Mern & Loren so eagerly allying, the Redwynes seemingly not fielding their fleet, &/or Harren being so profoundly arrogant with his castle.

I agree, that Old Town seems like when they would get them. Just seems odd that it's glossed over when there are even theories surrounding the Maesters and their agenda. These ravens also possibly seen through by bloodraven, or who ever was 2nd to last greenseerer?

Though it could be that they had it before Old Town, but that should change the idea of the Valyrians and Aegon's relationship to Old Town and Westeros. Like you said, they were dumping swords into Westeros before the Doom, the Doom which is possibly payed for by the Lannister's to the Faceless Men, or just the Faceless men's doing. Either way though, i can't help but feel like there is more going on here.
