Varysblackfyre321 Posted December 19, 2017 Share Posted December 19, 2017 I always found it a little strange Rheagar had become so smitten with the propecy of the prince who was promised-something that even the vast majority of Westeros had basically regulated to myth. But, Rheagar supposedly after reading about it becomes so smitten with it he's willing to steal the daughter of one of the most powerful houses in Westeroes, put delegitimize his own children. By all appearances the guy didn't seem mad, or so arrogant. My guess, Blood Raven contacted Rheagar.
