Jordan La Cabra
You have to give Gerrard some credit; he could hardly have picked a more difficult job to begin his managerial career with.

Daemon the Leaner
Gosh, now that's an embarassement. I'm pretty sure this Utd team would struggle in Championship. This season we have sometimes shown lazyness, clumsyness and even naivety at some point, but at the moment, I'm wordless. We are just bad.
Rorshach
Congratulations are in order. Brighton has done well this season, and are - deservedly - staying up. Chris Houghton deserves a lot of credit for taking this team up and keeping them there, methinks. The fact that he has taken Shane Duffy (who played in the Everton youth teams, and got a couple of first team matches) and made him a passable PL-player is really excellent. Personally, I thought that the Championship was the highest level Duffy should ever aim for. Shows what I know.
polishgenius
That was a fucking embarrassment, wasn't it now. #JoseOut.
Consigliere
We don't look to be arsed anymore. Two games left to play and top 4 guaranteed so I'm expecting us to be phoning it in. I hope that we can actually show up for the FA Cup final because the players look like they are either on holiday or looking to the WC already. You think he held on to his sanity, having played for Liverpool for well over a decade? @United supporters: I haven't seen the match, but losing 1-0 away to a mid-table team (this win brought them to #11 spot) is hardly an embarrassment. Did Brighton hit the post 7 times, had some goals wrongfully disallowed or something like that?
BigFatCoward
Honest question, is this the least inspiring (likely) 2nd placed finishing team anyone can remember?
Philokles
Arsenal in 2015-16 - they won four fewer points than in 16-17 to finish fifth and were ten points behind Leicester.

Iskaral Pust
Swansea lose and next have a huge game against Southampton. Just above them, Huddersfield’s last three games are against City, Chelsea and Arsenal. I’d like to see the Terriers survive, but those are three tough games, with City chasing records and Chelsea chasing fourth. West Ham and everyone above them look safe now. polishgenius
At this point, even though I have nothing against Swansea or Southampton, I want West Brom to stay up just for the story.
ljkeane
Moore’s done well and I hope he’s successful in the future but West Brom really don’t deserve to get away with either hiring Pardew or holding off firing him for as long as they did.
Consigliere
Southampton fuck themselves over again. Everton were shit and didn't really deserve a point from this game. Keeps WBA alive...just. Next game against Swansea is huge.
kairparavel
So huh. Crazy day. Though, why did the 4 minutes of stoppage go beyond 6 in Everton. The penalty kick time?

Consigliere
Allardyce time. But that was really poor play from Bertrand. Amateurish really. A player of his experience should not be trying to keep that ball in play unless he's absolutely sure he finds a teammate. Hoof that into the stands and Southampton win the game. Mark Antony
Cédric was down injured for about a minute at the beginning of stoppage time as well Burnley qualify for Europa. Do you think Dyche has any chance of getting manager of the year over Pep?
