What do you think of people who make fun of people for watching Game of Thrones?

She is easy though, everyone has her number, 867-5301!!!

Haha - she clearly gave you the wrong one!  It's 867-5309.  (I hope you're not a stalker.  I'm guessing you just wrote it down wrong rather than her gaslighting you.) :drunk:

This just seems like the weirdest, most transparent excuse to make a thread about “dumb girls” lmao. Honestly what is the point

To see if we are all ready for a big budget gritty space opera!

There’s nothing wrong with shopping, partying, getting drunk or watching GoT, personally I enjoy all of them, well there hasn’t been much partying or getting drunk these days because of having a 5 month old baby but I like to think I’d still enjoy it if I were able to do so :P.

Salome!

Just slightly on topic because your post reminded me of it:  Noel Gallaghar from Oasis was so hardcore on how badass he was that in that documentary a couple years ago he actually listed people stalking him as an asset.  It was something like "I've got 83 million records sold, I've got a R. Royce, I've got three stalkers...."

Noel Gallagher is a bastion of cool, after all, admitting you spent all of the 90s high on coke and insulting bands who are more talented than your own in an interview is just winning at life :P.

His last album was bloody good, to be fair.

I have to admit I’ve not really heard much of his solo work, is it musically different enough to Oasis to give a try?, as I’ve always found Oasis very dull and uninspiring.

I also don’t think it would be fair to blame cocaine for any of their shortcomings, after all Rumours by Fleetwood Mac was created while heavily under the influence of it, and it’s one of the top albums ever made.

I’m not a huge Oasis but his last album is well worth a listen.

I’m sure Ursula Le Guin And countless other greats would greatly appreciate having been told that ;)

It was really bizarre. Then another bloke joined in. Saying that they were happy to ‘let women join in’ but that science fiction was built by men and that it was FOR men  then one of them blocked me!?! After complaining about liberal SJW stuff he then...cries and blocks me because I said of course he had personally gotten more people into science fiction than I have because he was twice my age so had twice the amounts of time

I may not have many talents... but I am a spectacular asshole.

You must have done a great job because I never even saw it! I assume it had something to do with space and operas?

There were only the two posts: "What are rich TV viewers like?"

ABC draws most upscale viewers

Are they too squeamish for Game of Thrones?

If ABC made a sci fi space adventure or fantasy epic for just one season to show their viewership how good stories in other genres could be what kind of show would you make?

Gritty military space opera? Or a space adventure featuring an interstellar law enforcement agency or espionage organization like a future space Quantico?

Fantasy castle drama with backstabbing? Epic Dragon Age style adventure? Heck Final Fantasy style story with airships?

I can't speak for my piers, but I, for one, after a soothing afternoon shopping for congressmen, or a fun day clubbing baby seals, like to have my chauffeur -- a former miss south Dakota with no gag reflex-- pull the ole' rolls limo through my private entrance,  have some of the children who work in my factory brought to my mansion --through the servants entrance of course-- have them hosed-down and dressed in formal attire so they can fan me on my imported hand-carved chaise lounge as high-end eastern European escorts feed me frozen grapes while a lackey flips channels for me,,, my favorites are Fox business, and the cartoon network.

.... so it's basically the same as you peasants.

Now hold on there, friend.  Oasis is quite talented, I'll have you know.

Music is subjective so I’d not call them bad, but I would say their work is pretty simple and Liam’s voice really doesn’t appeal.
