Lost at sea, husband to the sailor's wife and father to Lanna. It was a writing error GRRM made  when he scrapped the 5 year gap idea.

8. Who is Coldhands? I don't think it's any character we know. 
9. Who is Hooded Man of Winterfell? Maybe Robett Glover or Harrion Karstark? But I also like the theory of it being Harwin. Lady Stoneheart sent Tom o' Sevens to Riverrun as a spy, why not send someone who knows Winterfell there as well?
10. Who is Azor Ahai? I don't think there is one Azor Ahai figure, it's more of a concept than anything else. But if I had to choose someone, I suppose I would say Daenerys.
11. What happened to Tyrek Lannister? He could be dead, but I also think that the theory of Varys hiding him away somewhere to use as a Lannister pawn later on has merit, as well.
12. Where did Qyburn come from and what are his goals? To watch the world burn. LOL, not really. I don't think he was a political agenda. I think he really is just a mad scientist, who would attach himself to any royal or noble who would give him the most resources and freedom to continue his experiments.
13. What is Littlefinger's full back story? Oddly, what he says it is.
14. Where did Jaime and Brienne go? They are going to the lair of Brotherhood Without Banners. Brienne is leading him there to save Pod, though he thinks they're off to save Sansa.
15. What happened to Gerion Lannister? He's dead.
16. Where is Benjen? I have absolutely no proof to back this up, but for some reason I think he's around Hardhome? And yes, fully human. 
17. Is Bloodraven working with or against the Others? Against. He's shady af but I think he's genuine in his intention to fight the Others.
18. Is someone the 3EC? I think it's more of an outlet, a vessel for Greenseer's powers (almost like a symbol) rather than one person. For now, we can consider him a personification of Bloodraven's visage when he visits dreams and visions, but in the future it might be Bran.
