I cannot speak to any theory about her disappearing. It's Deepwood Motte that is attacked while Asha is holding it, but we do not know for sure that Asha could not get to any moontea. IIRC, it seems that Stannis stays there awhile, that Asha did pretty well by Lady Glover, and there's a chance that even if Asha didn't have her own moon tea stash ready to go, Lady Glover might have been willing to help her, etc. It's a hard thing to know for certain, that's all.
