I really don't given Robb seems to think he can buy Jon with a hundred or so men without any sort of backlash towards his decision. It's weird. He should get as the first king of the north in nearly three centuries, how such a move would hurt his image. If Robb understands them he would recognize Jon's vows are supposed to continue until well death, and realize using the Kingsguard as precedent is wrong given the organization swears to service the king-it makes sense a king could name his protectors. I awknowleged that there were rare cases of black brothers being dismissed(that no one in universe seems to know about, and we've yet seen any particular information on how exactly these black brothers were released or why).
