I like good coffee that's ground fresh, ideally roasted fresh and not burned to charcoal. I like an espresso shot made correctly by someone who knows what they're doing. I'm fascinated by how a few degrees or a few kPa can completely change the character of that drink. At the same time, I'm not going to tell someone else what they should like. There's no wrong answer to this. If your end-all is Flying J truck stop coffee. I happen to believe it's only water stained with coffee, but each to their own.
