Yeah, and Broidy may have hid an abortion for Trump.

Trump could have fucking ate a baby, his supporters wouldn't care.

How about this guy?  You think he's a Hillary supporter?

If he wanted into his room so bad, he should have asked Jesus to miracle his ass in there instead of assaulting hotel employees.  I just hope a few nights in a Ugandan jail is as horrible as I think it is.

Edit: this link is better:

The tweet at the bottom is interesting.  She mentions "racist missionary" and "Vietnam veteran" in the same breath.  Clearly the Kenyans don't appreciate the way the United States protected Vietnamese freedom by killing half of them.

Thin-Skinned’ Ivanka Trump Apparently Couldn’t Stop Whining About SNL’s Treatment of Her

In Omarosa Manigault’s new memoir Unhinged, Omarosa writes that the First Daughter was apparently put into a tizzy by SNL’s “Complicit” perfume sketch that aired last year, so much so she could barely stop talking about it in subsequent days. (Remember, it’s the scent for women who could stop all of this, but won’t!)

“At the senior staff meeting, Ivanka couldn’t stop bemoaning it, how offensive it was, how ridiculous it was,” Omarosa wrote,

FiveThirtyEight has released a forecast for this November's House of Representatives elections. They currently give Democrats a 75% chances of winning the House which sounds plausible to me and is actually slightly higher than the chance they gave Democrats of winning the Presidency in 2016.

Supposing they don't,

Has anyone speculated on how many special elections there could be between now and 2020?

Fox tried to show a picture of Aretha, which they did, with the background showing her singing at the PBS Women of Soul concert, and someone screwed up lining up the scene from the concert. Probably stupidity versus deliberate nastiness.

I have a sick feeling at the pit of my stomach about the Manafort trial. The US is so polarized, a Trump supporter or two on the jury could easily deep six it. The comments of the judge, though, probably make any decision appealable. A US lawyer might want to comment.

You can't appeal a not guilty decision.

Different type of case. A prosecutor cannot appeal a not guilty ruling. They get one shot.

But isn't there a difference between not guilty and hung jury?

It's not double jeopardy to to have a retrial with a hung jury.

McGahn, White House Counsel, Has Cooperated Extensively in Mueller Inquiry

https://www.nytimes.com/2018/08/18/us/politics/don-mcgahn-mueller-investigation.html?action=click&module=Top Stories&pgtype=Homepage

Quote

To investigators, Mr. McGahn was a fruitful witness, people familiar with the investigation said. He had been directly involved in nearly every episode they are scrutinizing to determine whether the president obstructed justice. To make an obstruction case, prosecutors who lack a piece of slam-dunk evidence generally point to a range of actions that prove that the suspect tried to interfere with the inquiry.

Quote

Mr. McGahn gave to Mr. Mueller’s investigators, the people said, a sense of the president’s mind-set in the days leading to the firing of Mr. Comey; how the White House handled the firing of the former national security adviser, Michael T. Flynn; and how Mr. Trump repeatedly berated Mr. Sessions, tried to get him to assert control over the investigation and threatened to fire him.

Well, that killed everyone's boner.

You think McGahn is being a patriot or simply saving his own skin?

It seems likely he felt that Trump would use him as a fall guy. The disadvantage to being a sociopath coward is everyone knows you will happily throw them under the bus when it suits you.

Ex-Fox News Analyst Ralph Peters Calls Former Colleagues Sean Hannity, Tucker Carlson ‘Prostitutes’
‘The polite word is prostitutes, so we’ll just leave it that,’ Ralph Peters said when he was asked about Sean Hannity and Tucker Carlson.

“As a a former Russia analyst,” Lt. Col. Ralph Peters said on CNN’s Reliable Sources Sunday, “I am convinced that the president of the United States is in thrall to Vladimir Putin.”

That was hardly his most provocative statement of the morning.

Peters, who left his job as a military analyst for Fox News earlier this year declaring the network a “destructive propaganda machine” for President Trump, spent much of his sit-down with Brian Stelter excoriating his former employer. He explained that he left Fox because he could not be part of an institution that was “assaulting the Constitution, the constitutional order, the rule of law.”
