Would Cersei and Jaime wanted Joffrey and Myrcella to get married?

I doubt it. They have cousins and random Lannisters running around Lannisport to choose from. They're situation is already precarious enough without deeply inbreeding. 

I think even if Jaime and Cersei could hand pick their mates, they would still arrange politically advantageous marriages over bloodline. 

In fact, I don't know that either kid could have a better match.

Jaime thought about doing it as a 'fuck you' to people who would condemn his and Cersei's relationship but beyond that neither of the twins actually cares about purity of the Lannister bloodline.

Cersei wanted to have children with Jaime and pass them off as Robert's, but she disregards the idea of actually marrying him.

I doubt it, especially for Jaime. Even if Cersei wanted, she knows that thanks to the Faith it would be impossible.
