Well look - Jeyne was taken away because Sansa complained that she cried too much. She doesn't seem to have given much thought to Jeyne ever since, other than to note in passing that she wasn't in Sansa's room any more. It was a couple of days before Sansa even remembered she had a sister Arya that she hadn't seen since that fateful breakfast.

This brings up a point that Im surprised hasn't been made. What well jeyne poole say of sansa stark now that she is free, remember that her last encounter with sansa was after the 'purge' and that while she was crying and asking for her father, sansa was sitting quietly reading a book by the fire ( how does that look to someone that witnessed the killing of the stark house hold ) this I think well ruin sansa stark when word spreads of her cold behavior (icey )..Betrayal of house stark, and if jeyne is sent to bravos this side of events might spark Arya Starks return to westeros to hunt for her sister ( combine that with word of Jon snows assassination )( the designing factor in leaving the order, regaining the identity of Arya stark.)
but to answer the op question this might be another example of Sansa stark cognitive dissonance.  (so yes & no)

Just to be fair here, Sansa didn't complain that Jeyne cried too much nor did she read a book with icy indifference while Jeyne cried. I get misremembering/misquoting (we all do it, I know I do!), but this is kind of poisoning the well for OP's question. So, I want to quote the scenes here for us to analyze together.

"Jeyne's scared," Sansa said. "She won't stop crying. I promised her I'd ask if she could see her father."

Old Grand Maester Pycelle lowered his eyes.

"Her father is well, isn't he?" Sansa said anxiously. She knew there had been fighting, but surely no one would harm a steward. Vayon Poole did not even wear a sword.

Queen Cersei looked at each of the other councillors in turn. "I won't have Sansa fretting needlessly. What  Shall we do with this little friend of hers, my lords?"

Lord Petyr leaned forward. "I'll find a place for her."

"Not in the city", said the queen

"Do you take me for a fool?"

The Queen ignored that. "Ser Boros, escort this girl to Lord Petyr's apartments and instruct his people to keep her there until he comes for her. Tell her that Littlefinger will be taking her to see her father, that ought to calm her down. I want her gone before Sansa returns to her chamber"

"As you command, Your Grace" Ser Boros said. He bowered deeply spun on his heel and took his leave, his long white cloak stirring the air behind him.

Sansa was confused, "I don't understand" she said. "Where is Jeyne's father? Why can't Ser Boros take her to him instead of Lord Petyr having to do it?

She had promised herself she would be a lady, gentle as the queen and as strong as her mother, the Lady Catelyn, but all of a sudden she was scared again. For a second she thought she might cry. "Where are you sending her? She hasn't done anything wrong, she's a good girl."

"She's upset you," the queen said gently. "We can't be having that. Not another word, now. Lord Baelish will see that Jeyne's well taken care of, I promise you." She patted the chair beside her. "Sit down, Sansa. I want to talk to you."

-A Game of Thrones - Sansa IV

Sansa is clearly asking on Jeyne's behalf, trying to garner sympathy for her so she can see her father. Sansa couldn't imagine anyone harming Jeyne's father (a steward who never wore a sword). She initially believed that Littlefinger is transporting Jeyne to see Vayon. "Why can't Ser Boror take her to him instead of Lord Petyr having to do it?" Though, clearly, something is fishy with that, even Sansa senses it. But, she can't put 2 + 2 together here, because she doesn't know LF owns brothels and it hasn't sunken in that Cersei (who she still believed cared for her) would harm an unarmed steward and his young innocent daughter. Cersei and LF put on just enough pretense for her to think that Jeyne will not be harmed, and that there is even a possibility of her being returned to her father. Of course, after Ned's beheading, Sansa learns what "mercy" from Joffrey/the Queen really means. She might have been cowed at the time by Cersei and LF, but now she has every reason to fear that Jeyne is dead like Ned, Septa Mordane, and most of her household. I don't think she could even imagine that a fate arguably worse than death awaited Jeyne.

ok so i just reread the sansa chapter so i was wrong she doesn't read a book during the purge she and jeyne cry and fall asleep in each other arms on the bed " like sisters" however the last time jeyne see's sansa stark she is frendly and courtesies with ser boros " you look vary handsome and splendid this morning, ser boros" this is after they come for sansa to take her to the queen. unfortunitly this undoes most of the theory however this isn't the only time jeyne witness how cold sansa is. during the tournament  of the hand knight of the vale is killed in-front of her and well jeyne is panicing sansa is uneffected simple staring at the man that is dieing. ( actually when sir boros and the guardsmen come for sansa stark jeyne isn't mentioned so she may or may not have heard sansa friendly demeanor

game of thrones page 543-546  Sansa

Yes, she does offer Jeyne sympathy and support. I'll add the quote from those two scenes here:

So she wept, pleading through her door for them to tell her what was happening, calling for her father, for Septa Mordane, for the king, for her gallant prince. If the men guarding her heard her pleas, they gave no answer. The only time the door opened was late that night, when they thrust Jeyne Poole inside, bruised and shaking. "They're killing everyone," the steward's daughter had shrieked at her. She went on and on. The Hound had broken down her door with a warhammer, she said. There were bodies on the stair of the Tower of the Hand, and the steps were slick with blood. Sansa dried her own tears as she struggled to comfort her friend. They went to sleep in the same bed, cradled in each other's arms like sisters...

...The next morning, the morning of the third day, Ser Boros Blount of the Kingsguard came to escort her to the queen.

Ser Boros was an ugly man with a broad chest and short, bandy legs. His nose was flat, his cheeks baggy with jowls, his hair grey and brittle. Today he wore white velvet, and his snowy cloak was fastened with a lion brooch. The beast had the soft sheen of gold, and his eyes were tiny rubies. "You look very handsome and splendid this morning, Ser Boros," Sansa told him. A lady remembered her courtesies, and she was resolved to be a lady no matter what. -A Game of Thrones - Sansa IV

Sansa comforts Jeyne and they hold each other until they fall asleep. Jeyne can't really go around defaming Sansa for being a heartless person (since she's just not). When Sansa speaks to Blunt, it is an empty courtesy, she's hoping she'll be able to speak to the Queen and get her help. Jeyne most likely knows Sansa has no affection for Boros Blunt (since she was constantly with her in GoT). Even if Jeyne doubted it, a hundred witnesses could testify how Blunt regularly beat Sansa all around the Red Keep at Joffrey's command...and yet Sansa still always addressed him with courtesy. She hated and feared him, but tried to keep her courtesy as armour.

In regard to OP's question, I think this is a pivotal question for Sansa's arc. GRRM plays with the unreliable narrator for Sansa quite a bit, notably in the UnKiss. Sansa's memory shows unconscious methods of coping with trauma and the stages of grief (we see her go into denial, bartering, and acceptance over the murders in GoT). It plays with GRRM's interest in portraying the true cost of war, to show how Sansa (as someone who only has soft power) copes being a captive to the people who killed her father, mother, brother, most of her household, and possibly her sister.)

Sansa thinks of Jeyne in her TWOW chapter ("found herself remembering bright cold days at Winterfell, when she would race through Winterfell with her friend Jeyne Poole, with Arya running after them trying to keep up.") but she makes no claim as to where she is now. Is she somewhere safe (maybe even with her father) as Cersei and LF pretended in GoT? Probably not, Sansa can put that much together from what she knows of Joffrey and Cersei. Or is she dead like Septa Mordane and Ned? Sansa doesn't know, but she's seen enough of King's Landing and Joffrey's mercy to assume Jeyne is dead. That said, to Sansa, Jeyne is a memory of Winterfell, of home, of innocence, and of loss. Sansa would be devastated to learn what Jeyne went through and is still enduring. I think that if Sansa learns it was LF's doing, the illusions she's put up to protect herself will shatter.

Sansa has been able to separate her "protector" Petyr from Littlefinger who she saw "smiling slyly and stroking his beard as he whispered in Queen Cersei's ear. And Littlefinger was no friend of hers." However, Littlefinger isn't just a friend with dual allegiances to her and Cersei as she believes, he abused her best friend and sold her to a sadistic rapist. He's not a friend to anyone, let alone any of the girls of Winterfell. I think this revelation (if it happens in story) could prompt Sansa into her main conflict with Littlefinger.

@AllOfTheHours welcome to the forums where Sansa is evil personified. An you get to see the true depths of the hatred many hold for fictional characters who don't do what they want.

Yes Sansa loves Jeyne and is ignorant of her fate. But there is a strong chance that once in the north again she will discover what LF did to her and then execute him.
