Angel Eyes
How does Tytos Lannister, a man infamous for being duped and generally being a doormat, see through a seduction from Ellyn Reyne?
Legitimate_Bastard
She had been through two Lannister men already - maybe he didn't want his own male relatives seconds and thirds?
The Wondering Wolf
We do not know if he really saw through it. The text only states he felt so uncomfortable that he could not perform the act and in the aftermath he told his wife who clearly knew what Ellyn was trying to do. Lord Varys
Yeah, he felt intimidated by her, which is exactly what one would think a man like Tytos would feel if a woman like Ellyn Reyne were showing up uninvited in his bedchamber. But Tytos had his strong moments, too. He went through with the Genna-Emmon match, he also arranged marriages for his brother Jason. He had a very weird approach to try to win the love of his people, but there are hints he treated his family differently.

He didn't see through it. According to Maester Beldon, she succeeded in bedding him but he failed to perform because he was too intimidated.
