Confidence and leadership ability in spades, to go along with the talent. Pretty crazy how that team could go from horrifyingly bad to division contender (albeit in a really bad division) in the span of one year. Defenses are catching up. Look at the rule changes throughout the years benefitting offense. RBs are almost expected to be good recievers these days, to catch all the dump offs.
