If you want to host an Acrophilia game by all means go for it. I still have too many scars from my last hosting.

I am more than happy to host Acrophobia though, unless you already have a topic in mind. I think it'd be best to do a brand new game and just keep hoping Castellan's problem is temporary (I am very much concerned now though).

yeah i am concerned as well...

go for the phobia game and i will get a philia game ready...we need the distraction from politics and ...well what ever else is filling us with rage and/or apathy...

I have an idea for an Acrophobia game. Character autobiography titles: if X wrote an autobiography, what would X call it? Alternatively, what do you think would make a great title for X's autobiography? I'll give 2 or maybe even 3 acronym options to choose from.

Sorry for clogging this thread, I'll shift this discussion to the Acrophobia thread. But if anyone playing this game fancies a crack at Acrophobia, you're all more than welcome to join us when I get it running.

I'd be in for a game of philia.  I am not feeling particularly creative lately, so phobia feels a bit scary.  I need a good puzzle to clear the cobwebs. :)

Round Six Voting for new actors to play Margaery Tyrell (replacing Natalie Dormer) and Loras Tyrell (replacing Finn Jones).

Voting on these actors is now open! Anyone can vote, even if you have not made a nomination.

Margaery Tyrell

1.      Jenna Coleman

2.      Emilia Clarke

3.      Eva Green

4.      Emma Watson

5.      Kristine Froseth

6.      Madison Davenport

7.      Lily James

Loras Tyrell

1.      Timothee Chalamet

2.      William Brent

3.      Joseph Fiennes

4.      Richard Madden

5.      Jordan Smith

6.      Toby Regbo

7.      Jeremy Irvine

Round Seven Nominations: Cersei Lannister (Lena Headey)

She's the wicked queen of Westeros, a power seeking genius - or so she thinks. Maybe she is just Littlefinger's puppet? Regardless, she is by turns beautiful, alluring, scheming, angry, and manipulative, yet she envies her brother/lover, Jamie's simpleness of purpose. That's a lot for any actor to capture. I think Lena Headey does a great job with it, but I'll bet there are some who could do it better.

Deadline for round six voting and round seven nomination submissions: Saturday, Oct. 20,  9 am-ish east coast time, USA. Due are nominations for Cersei Lannister and votes on the new Loras & Margaery Tyrell.

Margaery:

1. Jenna Coleman (was my 2nd choice)

2. Emma Watson (would have been my 3rd choice)

3. Kristine Froseth - I don't know her, but a point for being  (currently) almost age appropriate

Loras:

1. Jeremy Irvine - I don't know him, but he looks right

2. Tony Regbo - except for the hair color, he is just right

3. Joseph Fiennes - would have been quite right in his younger days, but the one problem is he would have made Loras too unlikable, because he is only good at playing unlikable characters.

Tricky, this one. A number of people I don't know but they seem quite smartly chosen by their pictures and imdb info.

Margaery

  1. Jenna Coleman
  2. Kristine Froseth
  3. Emma Watson

Loras

  1. Toby Regbo (I already had him in mind in case Loras came up but one of y'all got the message in before I did)
  2. Jeremy Irvine
  3. William Brent

Oh well, it seems my actual casting and auditioning experience hasn't helped me as much as I was hoping in this game.

Nor indeed the two NFTS courses I did on directing actors and producing.

Tough group of voters . . . :)
