No, not only do the ages not match up but Penny has an older brother and actually talks about her father, another dwarf performer. The noble does not care, the whore is now stuck with a child. Whores, especially in medieval times don't pick that profession out of choice but lack of choices. The noble believes, takes his child to be raised more suitably and the mother never sees the child again, but might be paid off if lucky. Whores likely can't take the time off to have children. As for Tywin, he obviously never, ever wanted anyone to know that he used Sex Slaves/Prostitutes, It would probably be in his character to have a pre-made drink of Moon Tea to force them to down before leaving his company just to make sure there are no scandals around his name. I've always been under the impression that the Sailor's Wife was the wife/paramour of Gerion Lannister, and Lanna is Gerion's second daughter (after Joy Hill). There is a theory that he is the father of Lanna, the daughter of the Sailor's wife in Braavos. In any case Tyrion does not know about any bastards. Therefore any bastard Tyrion may have sown as yet to make any impact on Tyrion's story arc. We know that Jaime does not have any bastards but Joffrey, Myrcella and Tommen. Jaime claims not to have known any other woman than Cersei sexually. We don't know from first person pov that Tywin did not have any bastards. Another thing we don't know is if Tywin had bastards. If Tywin had any bastards he knew about then we have not gotten the knowledge of them yet if ever. Tywin knowing about a bastard could impact his personallity and life abit. For Tywin to have fathered a bastard or bastards, it does not need to be know to readers. It could simply be an unknown or theorising. Some suggestions for potential bastards fathered by Tywin include Marei and Donnel Hill. We do not have any information regarding Tytos having any bastards. Allthough it is possible.
