Man, Baker Mayfield got hit worse than that two weeks ago and it wasn't even flagged.  How was that a fucking ejection?

...and how was TJ Watts' smashing helmet-first into Newton's shoulder not flagged under the NFL's new QB safety emphasis?  (rhetorical question - pretty sure I already know the answer;))

Cleveland is not so easily denied its due.

I saw the push update on my phone and just busted out laughing.  Dude spent all year with his song and dance picking a team then suffers an essentially career-ending injury the day after he finally does.

Should have spent his time off staying in football shape, I guess.

Dez Bryant tore his Achilles at Saints practice a few minutes ago.

"Working out" and "football working out" aren't always the same thing.  Note to a certain gentleman named LeVeon....

Yeah, I hate laughing when guys get hurt, I never root for it unless the person is a horrible human being off the field, but this one is pretty funny,

Looks like your guy might start this weekend. Time to find out if he can spin the pill and tote the rock. Just make sure he puts a premium on protecting the Duke!

What do you know about skippin' pills?

Or totaling rocks?

You sit there, in your quasi-Canadian culture. And you dare to presume.

By what right? By what right does the Minnesotian challenge the cultural superiority of the Westlands?

You shame only yourself with this feckless display of barbarity.

Away with you. Warm your frozen hearths with the Turkish Delight of Kirk Cousins. Kirk Cousins is so Minnesota he loves Creed. And not the movie.

Kirk Cousins was so excited to move to Minnesota that he spent three weeks adding a stylish wooden belt to the van that is his everyday driver.

Three men walk into a bar. None of them are Kirk Cousins.

Kirk Cousins is the answer to whether we're alone in the universe.

Minnesota is the reason that answer translates to "might as well be."

A man was once mauled by a bear and became Leonardo Di'Caprio. Kirk Cousins got mauled by a Bill and became Kirk Cousins but with more excuses.

"So Minnesota that he loves Creed." I spit coffee all over my van steering wheel when I read that, tks.

Lions got really lucky not to have that fumble called against them.   That would have been a second very short field for Bears.

What the hell is going on with Stafford?  He looks like someone stole his talents, Space Jam style.

Also, the Bill Belichick coaching tree needs to be razed and the ground under it should be salted so that nothing can ever grow again.

There is no BB coaching tree, the special sauce is Belichick's brain, and can't be replicated by other humans.

It's just kind of amazing that the guy who is probably the greatest football coach of all-time has just completely failed to impart any of what makes him so good on anyone else.  Never seen anything like it.

Is it because he’s a genuine big-picture generalist who always uses specialists for subordinate roles?
