Is brown ben plumm a descendant of saera?

In chapter 57 of ADWD he explains how he has dragons blood. With the new info (new to me anyways, not sure if it was previously released) about Saera running away and making a life in essos and having children. It makes sense to me.

He is a descendant of Viserys Plumm son of Eleana Targaryen and Aegon IV that's why he has two drops of dragon blood - Seara's descendant was probably Serra, second wife of Illyrio Mopatis.

I’d find it funny if Saera turns out to be fAegon’s ancestor, but I prefer it if he’s the last Blackfyre to try and take the Iron Throne.

He's a descendant from Viserys Plumm, hence the surname Plumm.

Brown Ben Plumm is implied to be descended from a rumored affair between Aegon IV and his cousin Elaena.

Elaena, the youngest of King Aegon III's daughters, wed the aged Lord Ossifer Plumm in 176 AC, but it is said that Ossifer either died while consummating the marriage, or before he could consummate the marriage.

Elaena conceived and gave birth to a son, Lord Viserys Plumm, and rumor claimed that Aegon IV, rather than Ossifer, fathered the child.

"That the old crone never did. She was half-Ibbenese and half-Qohorik, never been to Westeros, my grandfather must have told her. Some Dothraki killed him before I was born."

"And where did your grandfather's knowledge come from?"

"One of them tales told at the teat, I'd guess." Brown Ben shrugged. "That's all I know about Aegon the Unnumbered or old Lord Plumm's mighty manhood, I fear. I best see to my Sons."

If true, this would mean that Aegon IV fathered sons with two of the three daughters of his uncle Aegon III:

- Daemon Waters (later Blackfyre) with his cousin Daena
- Viserys Plumm with his cousin Elaena

He's a Plumm.  No reason to lie about that.
