I'd love to be a mystery player! but sadly no, I'm only a new entry in this section. Yes, I should have said something, I'm sorry. It's @Meera of Tarth's fault :P,  she convinced me to play even if she knew I hadn't time for the forum (busy real life). But here I am.

Actually I'm active on the forum since 2016, but mainly in the asoiaf and got sections. I'm from Italy and I really can't drew (again @Meera of Tarth's fault for convincing me).

Thank you! yes, it was funny, I can't wait to see the chains...

Ooooooh, you two know each other in real life, outside the forum? Do I understand that correctly?

Oh, and how people are commonly drawn, and that. There's a list somewhere ... let me see ...

Bother, I thought I had a text document of it, but apparently not. Anyway, I drew TitanCat as an actual titan cat. Then it turned out she's commonly done as a bird. So I made her a bird w/ a cat mask and stilts.

No idea how Pebble got the idea to draw the turtle-elephant Earth, but great twist in the chain.

I have sooooooooo many questions pertaining to C. Balerion's sentence. :lol:What is a gop and how is it connected to elephants? What space hat? Where is the Brexit in that picture? Is there gold in the village? How many how many how many? :fencing:

I really like Rhae's pic too!

Hilarious picture. Especially the part where the guy falls on his head. That horse looks so evil.

1 hour ago, Meera of Tarth said:

I want to argue that these are not anatomically correct Booklings, but I really dig your rooster, so I'm letting you off the hook this time. ;)

I cannot decide what my favourite chain is: The flaming-tail dino one, the rooster in a bar one, or the Pratchettian world one.

I have to apologise for the low quality and low effortness of my pictures in this whole game. I was busy, stressed, and in a can't-be-bothered-to-draw-nicely mode.

Well if you are goona march to the edge of the world you kinda need a flat world with an edge, not a sphere.   and if I'm gonna draw a flat world well there is only ONE it can can be.    Also Bucky  - Its called the Discworld  not Pratchettian world

https://i.imgur.com/58VAlry.png

The land masses where supposed to be random, but the one in the middle does kinda look like the UK with Ireland in the correct place for it.    and it does have those mind control arrows  dragging to to the left thus away from where Europe would be.   Thus Brexit  - I assume

GOP  =  Trump's political base in the US,  part of the Republican party.   Republicans are represented by a Elephant,  Democrats by a Donkey.    btw there are 4 elephants,  you just can't see the other 2 from this view.

The Space hat must be the Satellite with an Alien fling saucer in the centre.

But what most concerns me about this chain is its obvious Count Balerion has never read Pratchett.   You seriously need to remedy this.   BTW  thats the Great A'Tuin,  A Turtle of unknown Gender.   the people of the Discworld regularly send expeditions over the rim to try and determine its Gender cos they are worried what may happen if / when the the A'Tuin meets although Turtle :smileysex:   will they get squished.

I see your logic.

Oh right, Discworld. But it was invented by Pratchett, so it is also Pratchettian in a way, no?

I see it! I thought it looked like the British Isles too, but then the rest of the continents don't.

I imagine 4 elephants, yes. Never heard of these animal descriptions of the US parties, so good on people who understood that interpretation in the chain.

first thing i was not surprised to see no dicks in the dick on dick off chain, knowing you as i do, Oh queen of my heart...

we all know i should have gotten the dick on dick off sentence cause that chain would have gone a wild new way :leer: in fact i feel like my talents were miss used... such a chain it could have been...

second thing... i deny drawing a giant pillar and stones in my lovely holiday portrait...though we all know i do enjoy putting in a "where's waldo" member from time to time but honestly it is actually supposed to be 2 ski poles with those round things on the ends... i have only ever skied on water so no poles... :lmao:

if interested here is the short and sweet history of the animal mascots and the acronym GOP stands for the Grand Old Party (Gallant Old Party) a nickname for the republican party from the late 19th century

All correct. Although I don't recall the space hat. GOP = Grand Old Party. Donkey = Democrats, for whatever reason. There's certainly no gold in this village. How many? God only knows.
