Well, Spurs have put that to bed. Great performance in the 2nd half and credit to Poch for keeping this team playing at a high level even with some important players out injured.

Yeah Vinicius is a bit of a stud isn’t he

He's been really good every time I've seen him. That's why I highly doubt Real Madrid are going to splash big money on Hazard - if they can get him at a cut price then Perez will probably pull the trigger but 80-100m or more ain't happening imo.

This really bears repeating.  Spurs have their best PL points at this stage of the season, showing a strong improvement on recent years, and they've been very consistent about finding a way to succeed despite first losing a big chunk of their MF and now losing two key forwards.  In most seasons Spurs would be on track for a title win with this many points.  And they rescued a really tough CL group situation.  Son and Sissoko have been great for them in the past few months.

The bolded really shows Poch's talents.

May as well have let Hudson-Odoi go to Bayern if you’re not going to start him in Europa. Willian and Pedro

For the club to have turned down several offers for him - one of which was £35m - it shows that they want players from the academy to be given a chance in the first team. If promoting players is a priority for the club, they should appoint managers who are more open to giving these players a chance.

Then they have to be given time as well and chelsea managers dont really get that. They are expected to bring results immediately. When you have a culture like that its hard for managers to pick the young guy who isnt the finished product over someone with less potential upside but more experience who can probably get the job done.

But this is one of the first instances where we have a young player like Hudson-Odoi who is actually ready to play now. Picking Hudson-Odoi over Willian and Pedro is not a risk. Those two players ahead of him are on the decline; Hudson-Odoi can only get better through playing more. The bigger risk is choosing them ahead of him, as it would increase his desire to leave.

Sarri is fortunate in the sense that for once the club seems to be fully behind the development of a young player, and would back Sarri’s decision to pick him ahead of more experienced options, as Hudson-Odoi’s form when he has played genuinely merits it.

Uff, sounds like you are suggesting KdB was not ready for first team football when he left, or Lukaku for that matter. No, I am not bringing up Salah, as he really needed a few more years at Roma to develop.

Even by the time Salah left for Roma, he’d had a strong half season on loan at Fiorentina - better than Cuadrado who they swapped him for ever achieved.

What a player Claudio Pizzaro is. Scored in the Bundesliga for 21 consecutive calendar years and now the oldest ever goalscorer.
