After reading these posts I made up this:

Littlefinger was the first person Bronn worked for. He should make sure Catelyn gets to the Eyrie or Winterfell so LF could get rid of Tyrion.

On the Eyrie his task was either done or that Lannister gold was more worth tha LFs.

Maybe LF blackmailed him about his first assignment to get Shae in, maybe it was coincidence he run into one of LF people or maybe she got recruted long after her first night with Tyrion. 

However after Tyrions imprisonment Bronn had very bad cards: His former boss was a traitor and his promises unfulfilled. I think Cersei might helped to arrange the marriage but the man Bronn has truly to thank for is probably Varys. And Varys made sure Bronn kows it and will be grateful 

Also remember that it was Bronn who brought the Kettleblacks in to spy on Cersei for Tyrion, with both of them unaware that they were really working for Littlefinger. So at this point it would seem that Bronn is still trying to serve two masters.
