But who determines whats justice and whats not. You?

Asking the defeated to swear fealty after a defeat is a pretty common thing in Westeros. Do you think anyone in Highgarden was offered that option?

Tarly just finished sacking Highgarden the seat of his leige lord, killing off olenna (Jamie gave the poison but tarlys army made it possible)  which happened to be danys ally. Dany has a duty to protect or avenge her allies. But killing tarly wasnt justice in your opinion. But killing ramsay whose house literally did the same thing in killing their leige lord (Robb Stark) and taking winterfell is justice and excused? And he was fed to dogs no less. If dany fed a lord to dogs wouldnt their be 100 posts calling her "mad" and a "monster".  But not the starks though. They can fed a lord to dogs, cut anothers throat without trial and its simply justice.

Ramsay was a prisoner at Winterfell but Jon didn't execute him. Sansa did.

@Ice QueenDany is a danger to the other claimants to the IT.  In the Series, Tywin gradually becomes aware of the threat;. In the books, her exploits are almost seen as legendary by people in Westeros.

The Others are a danger of a different order, to the whole of humanity.

Again.. you're missing the point. If you want to compare Ramseys actions and death to the Tarlys, then you havent been paying attention, and like Dany, the two concepts are binary to you. Its not about "killing their leige lord" as you say so many times, we know "killing your leige lord" is just another average day in westeros. By your logic half of the nobels in Westeros should be dead and we wouldnt even have a book.

Jon beat Ramsey to pulp out of revenge. Sansa had Ramsey eaten by his dogs out of revenge - revenge for torturing and raping her. As far as I know Randal Tarly, whatever he was didnt capture a family memeber of Danys, didnt force marry, rape, make others watch the rape of anyone remotely related to Dany. Yet her punishment was just as cruel.

Correct.

All this babble about "liege lords" does not hit the target. It's war time and people are either treated for their actions or quite arbitrarily by whatever the winner wants.

Cersei could have handled her prisoner of war more humanly. And should have.
