But then Ramsay literally kills Roose in front of him and he doesn't even care? Seriously? How is this guy even a Karstark, a house that should've been very close to Starks due to blood ties, and if he seriously mad about losing his father, how this guy still follows Ramsay after seeing that Ramsay kills his own father.
